We are a group of women with varied backgrounds, experiences and skills that we want to share with other women and girls. We believe there is a need for women to have somewhere they can go to not only get support but to support others to understand and overcome the affects abuse can have on them. Our aim is to inspire well-being and ignite self worth into every women’s life. Every women matters and every women deserves to be valued.

Our free workshops are available to all females. There are limited spaces as we want to keep the groups small enough as to not intimidate and so each person attending has a voice. Workshops will run throughout the year so there will always be an opportunity to attend. We run workshops for women and girls on subjects such as understanding the effects of abusive and controlling relationships, self esteem and self worth. We will also be running other workshops such as well-being art and crafting.
